Since 2007 she has been recognized by RE/MAX as Platinum, Chairman and Diamond Club. In 2010, Leigh was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, in 2011 she received the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award and in 2013 she was named the North Carolina CRS of the Year.
Her top-producing team excels at what they do and in 2014 they were named to the Top 200 list of Real Estate Teams by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends and also to the list of RE/MAX Top 100 Worldwide.
In addition to excelling as a inspirational speaker and a “tried and true, in the trenches” REALTOR®, Leigh also gives of her time to multiple charitable organizations. She has served as a Board Member and Board Director for Habitat for Humanity (Cabarrus County), she consistently volunteers for Meals on Wheels and she is an elder and Sunday school teacher at her church.

Juanita began her real estate career as a Loan Officer. In less than a year she built a 30 million dollar team with one processor and one assistant. In 2009, she decided to add agent training to her marketing strategy and not long after, the demand for her training escalated. In March 2010, Juanita sold her origination pipeline to another Loan Officer and became a full-time trainer and speaker. Today, her real estate school trains over a thousand agents a year in the area of technology, marketing, mortgage education, and social media.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Juanita is family oriented. She has been married to her college sweetheart for over 21 years. She has three real cool and “tech savvy” sons who love to work on tech projects for InMotion Seminar Group.

Jeff Ratanapool is president of Century Mortgage Company where he has closed loans totaling over $800 million since 1987. He has been a GRI instructor for over 10 years and a continuing education instructor for some of the largest local associations in Kentucky.
Jeff Kibbey is vice president and general counsel for Century Mortgage Company where he has handled over 1,000 lender based litigation cases, covering 5 states. In addition, Jeff has served as counsel to the U.S. bankruptcy trustee and is a multiple recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, the Callaghan Award in Appellate Advocacy and the Chaffe-McCall Award in Appellate Advocacy.

Mark is a regularly requested as a keynote speaker and trainer for private companies, national, regional, and state conventions. In the real estate industry, Mark is a Senior Instructor for The Council of Residential Specialists, Ninja Selling, REBAC® (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), NAR Green, and is a GRI Instructor for many states. Mark has authored a number of national real estate courses and recently authored the CRS 1 day “Going Green” course.
As a full time REALTOR® in Roanoke Rapids, NC, Mark has twice served as President of the Roanoke Valley Lake Gaston Board of REALTORS® and was selected as their REALTOR® of the year in 2006. He served three years as a Dean for the NC Real Estate Education Foundation (NCREEF) and was in the 2004 class of LeadershipNCAR. Mark currently serves the National Association of REALTORS® on their Professional Development Committee, will be the NC CRS President in 2013, and recently completed a three year term as a member of the NCAR Finance Committee.
Before his real estate career, Mark spent 20 years as CEO of a multi-state retail sales and rental company and was a frequent trainer at regional and national conventions on sales and marketing techniques and providing exceptional customer service.
